alright so following up where i left off, Friday officially was my last day at fossil.Let me tell you a little more about Fossil.
Basically we are a service repair centre located at Bras Brasah Road and we do repair services for branded watches like Fossil, DKNY, MBM,Burberry and stuff like that.
So i will help out both internally by sorting out the orders and also externally, by attending to the walk in customers. I didnt know that repairing a watch required so much process, until just, when fossil opened my eyes 0.0.
Ordering a new strap takes around 3-8 weeks and we do have over thousand of watches in our office itself, so i think my staffs there are really amazing to keep everything so organised :))It always feels so bad to leave a company where you feel pretty attached to the staffs there, and thy are really lovely people. They took so good care and helped me whenever i need, and didnt show any slight displeasure. And to be honest, although i've been there for only a month, i love all of them and i do feel like crying when i left :((
But oh well, i will definitely visit them during my free time! :))
So now introducing to you all my team of amazing customer service colleagues!
From the right, we have this guy in Black called David! :))
He is 53 this year (totally dont look like right wtff) and he is a fatherly figure to me.
He is those dam humourous one, and i think he would be in the top list that i would missed most cause office is already boring without them. And he is a bit ahbeng one, cause customer service we would always get scolding, but he is the only one who dares to stand for us when the customer is too unreasonable! :))
The guy in red is called Francis. I really respect him cause he works and studies at night classes. He has the constant thought of improving himself and he is really patient too :))
He is 24 this year but his desire for success is just like a 40plus senior and i really respect him for this :))
And this next lovely lady is called Carizza. She is a god dam sisterly figure i swear and i love her so much.
She is really nice to everyone and although she is always busy, she would always ask me if i need help. She is a mother of 1 but she still looks god dam pretty like an angel. I would miss the days when i go lunch with her, when we laugh and when we got stressed up with so many orders. <3
Next we have our most beloved senior technician Uncle Tang! <33
Omg i love him so much. He already has 4 grandchildren i think and cause i dont have a grandfather so i treat him just like one. He would always be willing to help out for any watch enquires and i love going to the technician room cause always filled with their laughters and uncle tang is one of the most friendly-est Uncle i have seen and i think his kids are dam fortunate. <3
I would confirm miss him one la he dam cute too! :))
Last up we have Katrina! She has one of the best service and her speech always dam clear over the phone! She is also a mother of 1 but still dam gorgeous wtfff and i love the way she laugh(super cute!)
Still remember her giving me choco chips when i met her on the first day and always ensuring that i am fine and well at work. *hugs.
and this is shirley(below) ! She is typical Singaporean like me and we always gossip in the office like speak Hokkien! :))
And i am just as kaypoh as she is like any customer very rude or wear until dam revealing or dam fking mean or cute she would walk into the office and i would pretend to walk out and see.
Hhaha wtff. She is a mother of 3 and i love the times i talk to her, we tease about each other and definitely supported each other :))

And after that went to meet Mummy for makan and i treated mummy to oldtown white coffee! <3

So when i am old, i would look like my mummyy :))
Old town wasnt too bad, i ordered some dry noodles with chicken and mummy ordered steamed chicken and cost total about say 17?
I think its okay la, cause my mummy was very happy so i am very happy too :)) <33
Next up, gonna treat my daddy heheheh maybe next weekend! :))
Next up post going to be a little about my Ubin trip this weekend + gathering at granny house + ABTM II midnight movie! :D
