Greetings to all! :D Hope that everyone had been well!
It's been a while, been really busy and tired recently!
I started work on Monday, kind of a production training to teach us how to approach people, how to overturn and cope with rejections!
I met many new people on Monday, but some of the guys will quite dao, so i talked to the more friendly ones, and most of them had sales background like me. (cause i worked at FCUK after Os!)
Yup, my trainer is the owner of Absolute Organisation (branch company name), a lovely lady called ShiYu! :D
..
She's only 23 this year and guess what?
She climbed from a mere trainee like me to a brancher owner (having a branch of her own earning big bucks) in just three years! :O
Everyone in the office really respect her a lot and she's really humble!
In Appco (main company name), three things that is highly emphasize on, Student mentality (continual learning attitude), Positive Mindset (cause we handle thousands of rejections daily ) and Punctuality. :D
..
And i was the only one posted to ANZ ( Australian and New Zealand Bank Pte Ltd ) while the rest of my teammates went to eithet Singtel or HSBC ) :D
I think i am really fortunate to be posted thee because the people there are really nice and thats the main reason why i am staying (other than the pay and support provided by Appco). :D
On Tuesday, my senior called SingNi was really nice and helpful..ohman, very touched! :D
Ohwell, everyone has individual sales and earnings and what they did was that i only had to pitch the customers and anyone who looked interested will be served by them! (but sales was under me!)
And th thing about Appco is that we don't steal sales and there is no politics! :D

You must be thinking, SO FCUKING NICE?!
Yes! And everyone of them were so caught up in helping me that my sales was pretty good, a bell and one pending for newbie but their sales were below their usual standards! :D
i really love my colleagues man,aww. <3
Ohyes, and every morning, we have three events at the office! Prime Time, Team Meeting, Main Meeting! During prime time, the head will step out and everyone forms a circle! :D
Then it is sort of a recognition time for those that performed well the previous day! :D
There were two cases, either submission (confirmed deals) or pending (like they forgot ic,etc)
So for Bell - 3deals!
Gong - 4deals!
There was also the Pbest, which is recognised by the company too which means personal best! :D
..
and there is also motivational talks in the morning (20mins) by professionals which are paid $200bucks/hours here to help us stay strong! :D
That guy is really inspiring and i think appco helps to build our character as well! :D
If there's time in the weekends, i'll share more, really really good! :D
..
hence, although the job is really tough on the field itself, the pulling factors makes me really attached to the company and there is a overhead meeting where the OWNER OF APPCO ASIA is coming over! :D
Yup, and i will be attending it, pretty excited for whats ahead! :D
I will be over full shift this Saturday and off on Sunday and i will be out with my boy for a date!
To reward myself also for such a tiring week! :D

Another happy thing today is that i received my online purchase today! ehheeh, dam excited to wear them out to show my boy this coming sundayy! <33333

Oh,and i've been on morning shift these few days, theres this deep sense of urgency so i havent really took any pictures but promise to upload some soon! :D
Office lady wear! Actually everyday wearing th same thing laaa ahhaha.
Last thing, I'll be at marsiling mrt until Saturday!
ANZ's promotion is that we will be giving out $120 movie treat card from golden village! Can buy movie ticket and popcorn and 3d movie and gold class!
But, you must spend $200 retail transactions in 30days, can be multiple receipts! Dining, shopping for xmas/newyear/ paying school fees plus ntuc plus clothes so easy to exceed!

hhehehhe, im gonna get my mum to sign up so i can have the $120 bucks for movie valid for a year! :D
